The lambing shed has been equipped with a video surveillance system (webcam). This allows the farmers to remotely monitor their ewes during the lambing season, either from their computer at home or anywhere with a smartphone. The installation of the camera in 2016 was seen as a real improvement for both working conditions and ewes monitoring. The farmers believe this upgraded monitoring has reduced lamb mortality by over 2% thanks to earlier interventions. Camera cost : 5 000 € including VAT.
