Objectif : assurer des conditions d’agnelage en bergerie appropriées et améliorer la survie des agneaux
Description :
- Conduire les brebis en fin de gestation en petits lots (20 à 30) avec une densité de 2m²/brebis
- Préparer des cases d’agnelage (2m x 1m) 1 pour 8 brebis gravides. Y laisser les brebis de 24 à 48 h avec leurs agneaux de façon à former un bon attachement mère-agneau. Prêter une attention particulière aux primipares et aux portée s multiples
- La ventilation doit rester inférieure à 0,4 m/s à l’agnelage, la température comprise entre 5 et 18°C, l’hygrométrie ≤ 70%, l’intensité lumineuse supérieure à 100 lux avec au moins 8 h d’éclairement par jour
- Renouveler la paille de la litière (0,5kg) chaque jour et re-pailler les cases avant introduction de nouvelles brebis
- La mise sous lampes chauffantes des agneaux faibles améliore leur thermorégulation et conséquemment leur survie
